Our business started in a home office in 1992 and is now ranked by Accountancy Age as the 75th largest accountancy firm in the UK. That alone tells you much about the vision, drive and ambition of the founding partners. Under the guidance of Ian Cocks and Paul Taylor, we have grown from small beginnings to become one of the South’s most highly-regarded advisers, with particular recognition for our wide-ranging tax expertise.
We have no intention of resting on our laurels and with a mix of organic growth and acquisition, we intend to achieve our ambition of breaking into the Top 50 within the foreseeable future. Our client base is mainly owner-managed SMEs in the £1m-£5m turnover bracket, but we also work for much larger corporates and multinationals with turnovers in excess of £40m. We have an increasing number of High Net Worth private tax clients.

We take sales and marketing seriously, to deliver our growth plan and to provide our people with the opportunities they need to develop their portfolios. This is not a firm that sits around waiting for the phone to ring. We actively seek out new business using a mix of network contacts, online tools, social media and old-fashioned telemarketing. With an extensive prospect database, we can rapidly deliver campaigns to specific vertical or geographical sectors.
Our Head Office is in Portsmouth. Our regional offices are located in Farnham, Bournemouth, Henley-on-Thames and London (Fleet Street). We retain serviced office space as required for meetings in alternative locations.
