Taylorcocks Merges with Tryhorn and Hall

Taylorcocks is pleased to announce the completion of a merger with Tryhorn and Hall Accountants, based in Wallington, Surrey. The combined firms will now work as Taylorcocks (Croydon) Limited.

Taylorcocks also welcomes new partner, Jim Norrington, who joins the firm with 13 years’ experience in practice. Working in medium sized accounting firms Jim joins the team from Simpson Wreford & Partners based in Croydon where he managed an audit portfolio of businesses with a turnover ranging from £1m to £120m.

Vicky Hall, Partner of Tryhorn and Hall, states: “I am delighted that Tryhorn and Hall will now be working with Taylorcocks. It is great that we are becoming part of a much larger organisation that will provide back office services and expert knowledge whilst still being able to retain the personal service that our clients appreciate”

Taylorcocks was established in 1992, it now has ten partners and over 100 employees. Taylorcocks provides accountancy, tax, audit and business advisory services to approximately 2,500 clients across central and southern England.

Richard Keyes, Managing Partner of Taylorcocks, says: “In line with our growth plans, we continue to look at merging with or acquiring other firms where we can see a good fit and a complementary client base. I am delighted that Tryhorn and Hall have decided to join forces with us, to create a dynamic upscaled local presence which meets the needs of SMEs in and around Croydon. This merger significantly enhances the capability of the Taylorcocks group and we very much look forward to welcoming them on board.”

Both practices are currently working on the physical and technical aspects of the merger and have begun the integration process for staff and clients to make the merger as seamless as possible. Vicky and her staff will shortly be relocating to Airport House, Suite 9, Purley Way, Croydon CR0 0XZ
